| CB charge sheets four accused in fake certificate cases | | | Ealry Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 8 Crime Branch today presented chare sheets against accused for preparing fake and fictitious qualification certificates and producing the same for seeking government jobs. Acting on a complaint from Deputy Director Forest Protection Force Baramulla that one Bashir Ahmed Gojjer son of Jamal-ud-din Gojjer of Gundkamal, Langate Handwara produced fake qualification certificate in his office and got himself appointed in the department, the Crime Branch registered a case and took up investigation. During the course of investigation, the certificate in question was seized from the concerned quarters, which was sent to Board of School Education for verification. The report received from the Board revealed that the certificate in question was fake one. During further investigation it emerged that the accused in connivance with Mohammed Syed Wani son of Wali Mohammed Wani of Bicherwara Handwara and Parvez Ahmed Shah son of Bashir Ahmed Shah of Drangbal Kupwara hatched a conspiracy and prepared a fake qualification certificate on the basis of which the accused got appointed himself in the forest protection department. On the basis of investigation prima facie case of cheating was made out against the accused persons and the charge sheet of the case was produced before the court of law. In other similar case, the Crime Branch also presented a charge sheet against Mohammed Ramzan son of Ghulam Mohammed of Malwan Kulgam who is working in sheep husbandry department as shepherd for producing fake qualification certificate to undergo stock assistant training for which he was not otherwise eligible. |
