| Hide out busted, UMG among cache recovered | | | Early Times Reporter

A militants’ hideout was busted in Ghoru area of Gandoh in Doda district and during the search one Universal Machine Gun(UMG) with full ammunition box, one each of UBGL, Chinese Mine and wireless set ICOM and other incriminating material was recovered from the hideout.
A police spokesman said that on a specific information regarding hide out of militants in Ghoru area, the Doda Police and 26 RR launched a search operation and busted the hideout. However, no militant was present thee at the time of search operations.
The spokesman said that the search to apprehend the militants was still continuing when the last reports came in. |
