| Gunmen attacks Dy. Advocate General, fled from the scene | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 10 A gunmen, believed to be hired by land mafia, attacked Deputy Advocate General, Ajit Singh Dogra near Muthi on Thursday evening injuring him critically. Dogra survived the attack as he received three gun wounds on his body. He was immediately rushed to the hospital for advanced medical treatment while police launched massive manhunt to nab the attackers. Official sources said Dogra traveling in an Alto car JKO2AA -9727 was attacked by a gunmen waiting in the car near his residence on Muthi- Domana road. Dogra received three gun wounds on the left side of his chest and was immediately rushed to the GMC Hospital, a senior police officer supervising the investigations in the case said. The gunmen after attacking Dogra fled from the scene without being chased. Till the time of filing the report, Dogra was battling for his life as he was being operated in the GMC. |
