An amount of Rs. 5000 each was paid to two widows of army personal for their daughters marriage by Zila sainik welfare chief retd. Col. K.B Gupta, while addressing the ex service and widows at Khanpur today.
While addressing the gathering he said, various schemes have been launched for the welfare of ex servicemen and widows by Raksha Mautviliya. He said these ex servicemen who are above 70 year will new get pension at the Rs. 500 per month for life. He said they will be given financial assistance of Rs. 16000 for daughters marriage and Rs. 20,000 repair of house. On the occasion and ex servicemen highlighted their problems before Col. Gupta and their promised then that all problems would be solved. |
