Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has condoled the demise of veteran journalist, R K Bharti who passed away here on Saturday following brief illness.
In a condolence message, the Chief Minister said that Bharti was a prolific writer who had penned several books and wrote with equal ease in different languages. In his death, J&K has lost a creative person, he said.
The Chief Minister conveyed his sympathies to the members of the bereaved family including the deceased’s journalist son, King C Bharti, Resident Editor of a local daily, The Shadow. |
