| Customer's satisfaction essential to achieve excellence: Drabu | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 15 Customer's satisfaction is prime factor to achieve excellence in all aspects. For the purpose J&K Bank is striving to provide all high-tech facilities to the consumer. This was stated by the Chairman J&K Bank and Economic Advisor to Government Dr. Haseeb Drabu during an induction course for financial services/relationship executives at new University campus Jammu. While sharing his experiences with the new comers, Dr. Drabu said that the young leaders were undertaking a mission rather than being merely the employees of the Bank. He expressed hope that the young and energetic managers would take the J&K banks torch of empowerment to socio-economic emancipation. He said that 556 branches of J&K Bank working in country has crossed business turnover of Rs. 45000 crore last year. Dr. Drabu said that 40 percent of investors of J&K Bank are foreigners and this must be considered as a major achievement of the Bank authorities. Addressing the freshers, Mr. Drabu exhorted upon them to make, extending best services to the customers, a mission of their profession besides ensuring quality work. He also emphasized upon them to infuse in themselves a spirit of utmost efficiency and dedication to come upto the satisfaction of the customers. Vice Chancellor Jammu University Prof. Amitabh Mattoo and Executive Directors of J&K Bank Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed and Mr. A. R. Fazli and Mr. A. K. Mehta President HRD also addressed the gathering. |
