| IOC holds oil conservation fortnight | | | Early Times Reporter

A fortnight on oil conservation is being organized by the Indian oil corporation (IOC) here from today. A function is this regard was organized at Jhelum resort, were minister for health or medical educationm Mangat Ram Sharma was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion Sharma said, the step taken by the LOC to get the people aware about the judicious use of oil. He said country import large pie of oil and spent huge amount on it in foreign currency. He on the occasion appreciated the officers of IOC, organizing such type of awareness programme.
Speaking on the occasion state coordinator IOC, R K Gupta said that the conservation fortnight is organized every year throughout the entire country from Jan 15-31, he said during the fortnight officials of IOC will get people aware about the conserve of oil various petrol pump.
Later on, territory manager IOC, R M Khan present the vote of thanks among the people present on the occasion. |
