During the state executive meeting here today the party leaders also blamed the state government for ignoring the interests of the members of their commutiy. No one her ein Jammu and Kashmir is worried over our development and security of the people especially Hindu community. He said that the congress Government is busy in backdoor appointments, consolidated contractual appointments and rehbar-e-talim in which there is no chance of reservations for schedule castes. He said that the Government has shut its eye towards the Hindu community .
Narsingh said that the centre has 15% reservation for the scheduled castes but as far as the J&K is concerned there is only eight percent reservation for schedule castes. He said that besides this the state govt .also launched SRO-294 in which the reservation in promotion avenues was even decreased from eight percent to four percent. He said that after the introduction of SRO294 various schedule castes groups including the BJP scheduled caste committee opposed this and it was decided by the Chief Minister to bring some changes in SRO294 but still no written order is being implemented on part of the Government.
