| HC Ordered promotions and adjustments of Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars and others | | |
Jammu, August, 24:- Registrar General Mr. Hasnain Masoodi of State High today issued orders for promotions and adjustments of Deputy Registrars, Assistant Registrars and others non Gazzetted officers of the State High Court.
According to the order No 263 of Mr. Abdul Aziz Khan Assistant Registrar is temporarily promoted as Deputy Registrar (Adm) in the grade of 10,000-325-15,200 and posted in the main wing of High Court. Mr. Mohd Tariq Buchh Assistant Registrar is temporarily promoted as Deputy Registrar (Adm) the grade of 10,000-325-15,200 and posted in the Jammu wing of the High Court against the post to become available on September 1, 2006 due to superannuation of Mr. Nasib Singh.
Mr. Bashir-ud-Din Accounts Officer Jammu wing is temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar in the Grade of Rs 8000-275-12950 and posted in High Court Wing Srinagar. Mr. Abdul Rashid Accounts Officer is temporarily promoted as Assistant Registrar in the Grade of Rs 8000-275-12950 with effect from September 1, 2006 and posted as Assistant Registrar Legal Section main wing of the High Court. He will also look after work of statistical section. Mr. Ghulam Assistant Registrar (Accounts Officer) Srinagar wing is transferred and posted as Assistant Registrar in Chief Justice’ s Secretariat. Mr. Surinder Kumar Protocol Officer Jammu Wing is re-designated as Assistant Registrar in his own pay and grade (7500-250-12000) against newly created post and is posted as Accounts Officer in the High Court Wing Jammu. Mrs. Swarna Sharma Section Officer Jammu Wing is temporarily promoted as Protocol Officer in the grade of 7500-250-12000 and posted in the Jammu Wing. Mr. Himmat Singh Section Officer Jammu Wing is temporarily promoted as Accounts Officer in the grade of 7500-250-12000 and posted in the main wing of the High Court.
According to the order Mr. Ram Singh Head Assistant is temporarily promoted as Section Officer in the grade of 6500-200-10500 and posted in the Accounts Section main wing of the High Court. Mr. Chaman Lal Section Officer Accounts Section is posted in statistical section. Mr. HP Rampaul Head Assistant is temporarily promoted as Section Officer in the grade of 6500-200-10500 and posted in Jammu wing. Mian Rafiq Ahmed Sr. Assistant is temporarily promoted as Head Assistant in pay grade 5000-8000 and posted in the statistical section. Mr. Brij Lal Singh Sr. Assistant is temporarily as Head Assistant and posted in the accounts section main wing of the High Court. Mr. Nisar Ahmed Malik Head Assistant Accounts Section is posted in the non-gazetted section of main wing of the High Court. Mr. Veena Kumari Sr. Assistant is temporarily as Head Assistant and posted in the Jammu Wing of the High Court. Mr. Ajit Kumar Head Assistant Statistical Section is posted as Nazir main wing of High Court. Mr. Altaf Hussain Khan Junior Assistant High Court wing Srinagar is temporarily promoted as Sr. Assistant and posted in the High Court wing Srinagar. Miss Masooda Jan is temporarily promoted as Sr. Assitant and posted in the High Court Srinagar wing; Baljit Kumar Junior Assistant in the main Wing is temporarily promoted as Sr. Assistant and posted in the same wing. S. Bhadur Sr. Assitant High Court Srinagar is transferred in Chief Justice’s Secretariat; Mr. Pawan Kumar is posted as dispatch clerk in the main wing of the High Court, Mr. Mohd Younis Sheikh Sr. Assitant Non-Gazzetted Section is posted in Accounts Section, Mr. Daleep Rajdhan Sr. Assistant is posted in Supreme Court Section of the High Court and Mr. Shah Ji Bhat Sr. Assitant Supreme Court is posted in Non-Gazzetted section in the state High Court.
The order further said that the seniority of officials Miss Masooda Jan and Baljit Kumar shall be fixed after the settlement of case of Mr. Nazir Hussain Junior Assistant.
