39 Rashtriya Rifles (GRENADIERS) (14 Sector Rashtriya Rifles) under the aegis of Romeo Force has launched Internet connection facility through VSAT terminal at “Sadbhavana APTECH Computer Centre, Chhatral’ in Mendhar Tehsil, Poonch district. A sharp mind stays in a fit body’, hence the overall physical development of the young individual has priority in Operation Sadbhavana Projects. Hence, to keep physical fitness also at par with education standards a cemented basketball court located in the same premises has also been inaugurated in Government Higher Senior Secondary School, Chhatral.
This internet connectivity will be of immense benefit to the younger generation in the region broadening their knowledge base for their career and to make them IT enabled.
The Awaam of Mendhar Tehsil in general and the youth including girls of village Chhatral, Kalaban, Chunga, Nadol, Kasbalari, Barila, Salwa, Kaneti Banola in particular shall be immensely benefited inn pursuing their career goals through this facility.
The inaugural function was attended by the prominent personalities of the region. They all had a word of appreciation for this visionary venture undertaken by 39 Rashtriya Rifles which shall provide a new exposure to the youth. |
