| LSA directs banks to furnish defaulters list | | | Early Times Reporter

The District Legal Service Authority (LSA) has directed the banks to furnish a list of all cases by January 23 to enable the judiciary to help the financial institutions in effecting recovery in non performing cases.
This direction was passed to the banks of Kathua at a meeting convened here today by the Chairman of District Legal Service Authority,, Principal Sessions Judge S K Jamwal. The meeting discussed the bank cases which are at the pre trial and post trial stages. JNF |
