| Aspirants insist for clarification of criterion for selections in JK Bank | | | Early Times Reporter

The aspirants who had applied in Jammu and Kashmir Bank for the posts of Relationship Executives and Financial Executive demand explanation of criterion on the basis of which the candidates were selected in recently declared selection list.
As per press release, the aspirants have expressed their concern for not making the list public through newspapers so that the aspirants could know the criterion on which the selection list was formulated.
They also said that when application for the posts were invited, the minimum qualification for the posts was graduation with no mention of additional points for supplementary qualifications.
A large number of youth, across the state with a degree of graduation at their back applied for the posts and some of them even qualified the written test but were later dropped merely for not having additional qualifications, release says.
They ask that JK Bank authorities had to prefer the candidates with MBA or the ones having any other additional qualification then why applications were invited from the ones having only a degree of graduation.
Speculations were going on about the declaration of result and everyone was waiting for it but all of a sudden some days back result was declared and not through media but Bank authorities declared it in a suspicious manner a way in which they should have not, they said. |
