| MLA’s Peerzada, Lone be barred from future proceedings of assembly | | | Early Times Reporter

The claims of coalition govt. led by Ghulam Nabi Azad for giving corruption free government to the people of state turns to be a big hoax, said Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) state president Yash Pal Bhagat while addressing party workers here today.
Strongly condemning the recent development on the assembly, Bhagat said both minister Peerza Mohd. Syeed and MLA Shoab Lone are equally responsible and under rules stric action should be taken against both of them.
He said BSP state unit demands immediate sacking of both the MLAs fro legislative assembly with immediate effect. He said that no amnesty whatsoever should be given to MLA Lone as he himself has agreed to have bribed minister for education for personal favour and be permanently barred from future proceedings of the house.
Bhagat said that since maximum members of Congress-PDP led government have fallen to corruption charges and various scandals from day one, it will be morally incorrect from Ghulam Nabi Azad to continue as the chief minister and should now think seriously to dissolve the assembly and resort of earlier polls in people’s interest.
He further said that in coming elections both the party’s (Congress-PDP) will find hard to field in untainted candidates as maximum of them are under security in one issue or another. |
