Ansal Buildwell Limited, a pioneer in housing and commercial complex, in collaboration with Sansar Group of Companies is launching first of its project “Florence Apartments” at Trikuta Nagar Extension in Jammu.
Announcing the launch, Gourav Mohan Puri, director Ansal’s informed during a press conference that Ansal Buildwell was coming up with fabulous project at Jammu’s best available and centrally located Trikuta Nagar extension with the collaboration of Sansar Group of Companies.
He informed that the apartment would be equipped with all the basic facilities and will see a construction of RCC frame structure, adhering to the latest earthquake resistance codes, with long lasting and maintenance free finish. Master bedroom will have wooden laminated flooring and all other bedrooms would have glazed vitrified tiles flooring, he added.
“The 72 apartment project would be consisted of two towers of five floors each, with 45 percent green reserves and class landscape design. With ample covered and open parking space and with earthquake resistance technology, the structure would be strong and aesthetically rich”, Puri said further.
Also speaking, Hiteshwar Hooda, media and marketing manager said Ansal Buildwell is offering a lifestyle that gives a new meaning to life. The project will include two bedrooms and three bedrooms apartments with the very affordable price range of Rs. 26 to 44 lakh, he added. “Florence Apartments would also offer best available club amenities to its residents, which will include swimming pool, health club gym with pool table and badminton court”, he said.
