| Rs. 17 cr project for widening of Satwari-Airport road: Gharu | | | Early Times Reporter

An ambitious project for widening Satwari-Airport 4 lane road to 6 lane, is on the anvil and a proposal to this effect involving Rs. 16.83 cr has been formulated.
This was stated by Minister for Housing and Urban Development Gharu Ram while replying to a calling attention notice by Ajay Kumar Sadhotra in the Legislative Assembly today.
The proposal involves dismantling of 386 structures comprising of shops, residential houses and other business establishments and around 11 kanals of land, he said, adding that the compensation components of these structures and also the cost of land amounting to Rs. 562.50 lakh is included in the project proposal. |
