The police today arrested a cheater who had deprived a number of people of their hard earned money by assuring jobs in the industries department.
The cheater identified as Shah Nawah son of Nabi Baksh of Malian Chinot Bhaderwah hired a shop in the area and declared himself as Planning Officer of the Industries Department and cheated a number of persons on false promises of providing jobs.
According to reports a case under rape, molestation and cheating u/s 419/420/468/471/1790/376 RPC has been registered and accused taken into custody for further interrogation. |
