Yamini Cultural Society organized Talent Search-2008 (cultural proramme) at Abhinav Theatre, Jammu. Pandit Mangat Ram Sharma, Minister for Health & Medical Education and Ladakh Affairs was the Chief Guest, Sanjeev Luthra, Chairman All J&K NGO’s, Presided Over the function, while S.P.Verma, Chairman Sadbhavna ke Sipahi, Sampat, Prasad Trade Union Leader & Ramesh Koul, DIG-IPS were the Guest of Honour.
The function was adjudged by Subhash Jamwal and. Neelam Gupta. 120 participants from allover the State participated in the Mega Event. The winners in the female category are Miss. Smantha (Ist), Supriya (IInd) &.Sweta (IIIrd). In the male category r.Adhar (Ist),Sumit Luthra (IInd) & .Rishi Malla (IIIrd).
Pt. Mangat Ram Sharma & other Guests appreciated the performances of the Artists especially the efforts of organizers of Yamini Cultural Society- Jammu for conducting such a Mega Event of this level. Audience appreciated the performances of the artists. Pandit Mangat Ram Sharma assured that he will try his best so that artists of Yamini Cultural Society can perform before His Excellency Governor of J&K State. Anupama Wazir President/ Director of Yamini Cultural Society (Regd.)- Jammu presented the vote of thanks. She thanked all guests, parents of the students/ artists for sparing precious time for the Talent Search-2008. She also thanked staff of Abhinav Theatre,.Gulshan Rattan (Comperer), Kapilm Thackyal, Akash Thakyal, Reema Pushp Principal Luthra Public School, Balwnt Raj and members of Yamini Cultural Society (regd.), Jammu for helping and making this Event a Great Hit. Anupama Wazir thanked the Judges of the show for their fair Judgement. |
