| Credibility of legislature eroded: Bhim | | JKNPP plans privilege motion against govt | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Jan 21 Accusing Chief Minister for trying to bluff the electorate in the state to revive the lost credibility of the Congress party, Chairman Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party Prof Bhim Singh said that Azad has attempted to inflict deep wounds on the credibility of the legislature by leaking Kundal Report to a local newspaper instead of tabling it on the floor of the Legislature. ‘The government has committed the contempt of legislature by playing fraud with the legislators’, Bhim Singh maintained. Kundal report, he said ‘has been published in a local newspaper with a deliberate and malafide intention to fire PDP minister and to please a particular group of opposition even at the cost of Congress party’. He has appealed the opposition to support the breach of privilege motion against the treasury bench and described Peerzada’s removal from the Cabinet and the PCC Chief as a ‘drama’. Bhim Singh had consultation with Harshdev Singh leader of the party in the Assembly and other MLAs to chalk out future line of action, a party hand out claimed. |
