| Man dies, 3 injured as house collapses | | | Early Times Reporter

One person dies and three of his family members were injured when a residential house collapsed, while five persons were injured in a separate road accident in Mendhar area of Jammu's Poonch district.
Informed sources told News Agency of Kashmir that that a villager died and three of his family members were injured after the house, they were living in, collapsed last night in Chills village of Mendhar.
"The house of Muhammad Farooq son of Muhammad Sadiq of Chills Mendhar collapsed suddenly last night when the house inmates were sleeping", a police officer told NAK adding Farooq died on the spot, while his three family members received critical injuries.
Meanwhile, sources said, an over loaded Matador (JK02H- 979) which was on its way to Mendhar from Naka Majadi village collided with an electric pole and turned turtle resulting in injuries to about five persons.
The injured were immediately shifted to Sub-District Hospital Mendhar. "The condition of two injured is critical and have been shifted to Poonch" a doctor on duty told NAK adding that the other three were being treated in the hospital. |
