Jammu, Mar 19: Jammu Kashmir National Panthers Party held a series of meeting at Raipur Domana constituency, Domana and Kot Panchayat.
The meeting was held under the leadership of Shaker Singh Chib (State Secy. JKNPP), Partap Singh Jamwal (State Vice President YP), Aditya Hans (Jt. Secy. YP).NPP leaders alleged that the Health Minister totally failed to ban on the private practice of HoD's of various departments of GMC & associated hospitals Jammu & Srinagar.
NPP leaders said state govt has totally failed to ban private practice of HoD's. He said that the H&ME Department constituted a committee to implement the govt. order No. 43-HME of 2013 dated 17-01-2013 and circular No. 02-HME of 2016 dated 13-06-2016 regarding the ban on private practice of HOD's.
NPP Leaders alleged that the said govt. order were not implemented with letter and spirit, fearing no action from law & enforcing agacy these HoD's keep on practising on their privates clinics in twin capital of the state.
They alleged that no action was taken against the HOD's who are violating the govt. order. He also alleged that the HoD's devote very less time at the hospitals and are always keen to visit their clinics. |
