| Locals seek probe into Pul Doda boat capsize | | | Early Times Report
Doda, Mar 19: Public of Doda including the inhabitants of Pul Doda and Nai Basti have urged the district administration to take note of the boat capsize incident that happened at Nai Basti near Pul Doda on 17th of this month.
People have been blamed the Tourism Department for hatching conspiracy to avoid the development of Tourism infrastructure in Doda and pave ways for diverting the funds meant to boost tourism in Doda and adjoining areas to Bhaderwah .
Talking to media Fareed Ahmed a local of Doda said that there seems some conspiracy behind the happening and the police should register FIR to probe the incident.
Manzoor Ahmed a social worker also narrated similar story and held the Tourism department especially Bhaderwah Development Authority responsible for the whole episode and demanded high level enquiry into the matter so as to avoid any misconception.
Locals of Nai Basti who witnessed the incident also told that the boat capsized in a dramatic manner and there seems some deep conspiracy in the case. They appealed SSP Doda to intervene personally and get the FIR lodged immediately to probe the incident. |
