Late comer officers irk people at MC, BDD Ramgarh 3/19/2018 10:21:35 PM Early Times Report Vijaypur, Mar 19: The people of Vijaypur have expressed resentment against the officers of the Municipal Committee and Block Development Department Ramgarh for not arriving on time at officers, thus putting people in hardships. According to the people, the officer of the both department are not punctual, due to which they are facing many difficulties.
