| Pranav condemns police action on unemployed youth | | | Early Times Reporter

Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) President Pranav Gupta has strongly condemned the police action on unemployed youth who are on strike in support of their demands outside the Divisional Commissioner’s office here. He alleged that around 200 unemployed youth were brutally cane charged and forcibly thrashed to Police Lines Gandhi Nagar.
In a handout Gupta said when the Nation was observing the death anniversary of Father of the Nation, the unemployed youth including Engineers, ITI Diploma holders, Home Guards and Doda migrants who were peacefully staging satyagarh were treated hardly by the police in front of the statute of Mahatma Gandhi.
Blaming Chief Minister for this shameful act, the BJYM leader accused the government of pleasing anti-national elements by giving them jobs and cash at the cost of peace loving people unemployed youth of the state. |
