| Court grants anticipatory bail to Dy CEO Rajouri | | | Early Times Reporter

Special Judge Anticorruption, Jammu, Mr. Kartar Singh today granted anticipatory bail to Mohd Sharief Deputy CEO Rajouri who is involved in a case of illegal appointment for which the VO has registered a case.
The petitioner has filed this petition through Manohar Singh seeking bail in anticipation of the arrest of petitioner in case FIR 2/2008 registered by VOJ.
Special Judge while granting pre-arrest bail to accused ordered that a copy of petition be provided to CPO or obtaining a detailed report and objections. In the meantime, Court directed that in the event of his arrest, petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail and personal bond in the amount of Rs 20,000 each till final disposal off the petition with the direction that he shall attend the investigation as and when required. Court further directed petitioner to personally handover this order to IO. JNF |
