| Rains force JKHA postpone tourney | | | Early Times Reporter
JAMMU | Feb 3
Jammu and Kashmir Hockey Association (JKHA), the organizers of the Ashwani Kapoor Memorial Hockey Tournament at K K Hakhu Stadium, here today postponed the competition till the weather is clear.
The second round match of quarterfinals between Khalsa Club and Zorawar Blues could not be played due to continued rains in the city.
“The weather forecast suggests that there will be rains for a couple of days so we have decided to postpone the event till the weather is clear. The fresh dates for the rest of the matches shall be decided later,” resident secretary of JKHA Jammu wing, P D Singh told this reporter.
