Eighty-one army men are among 220 security personnel indicted for human rights violations in Jammu And Kashmir in the past five years, as per official records. The security personnel, which include 50 policemen and 81 from the armed forces, have been punished for human rights violations like custodial killings, officials said here. They said the state government had taken a number of steps to improve the working of the police in coordination with security forces "so that there are no human rights violations".
