In Pak, Hurriyat leader spews venom against India
BJP gives passport to separatist Zafar Bhat

Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 4: In a shocking revelation, the Ministry of External Affairs cleared the passport of a Pakistani stooge and senior separatist leader Zafar Akbar Bhat and allowed him to travel to Pakistan where he spewed venom against India and its security forces.
Bhat travelled to Pakistan despite the fact that the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is probing his possible terror links and his involvement in hawala. He got the travel documents, even as hundreds of people who are aspiring to go on Hajj pilgrimage are denied the same.
As per details available with Early Times, the BJP government cleared the passport of Bhat who back home in Kashmir enjoys the Indian security cover. But in Pakistan he demonized the same Indian security forces during a public function named as briefing session on Kashmir at Pakistani capital Islamabad. The theme of the event was "Prospective and Experience from IOK" in which ISI officials were also present. It raises a question in the mind of the people here in Jammu and Kashmir that why government of India is allowing such people to travel to Pakistan?
Bhat, who was the chief guest of the session, in his speech highlighted the atrocities of the Indian forces. He said that as per estimated reports close to 200,000 people have died since 1989. There have been over 70,000 killings, 8000 plus forced disappearances, mass torture and sexual violence, the majority committed by Indian armed forces, and that these cases have had zero prosecution in civilian courts. India has committed genocide of Kashmiri Muslims to quell their uprising and Indian forces are "assaulting civilians during search operations, tortured and summarily executed detainees in custody and murdered civilians in reprisal attacks". He further said that rape has regularly been used as a means to "punish and humiliate" communities and they use it as a weapon of war by the state against the population.
He further added that since past seven decades Indian army in Jammu and Kashmir had carried out extrajudicial killings of civilians and suspected insurgents and during this period more than ten thousand disappeared during forces custody.
Bhat had no time to meet the Centre-appointed interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma, but in PoK, he met both puppet PM of PoK Raja Farooq Haider, presented him a shawl, and General (retd) Abdul Qayoom, Speaker Senate Committee on Defence, which lifts the masks of these Pak agents having patronage of both PDP and BJP at state as well as in the Centre.
During his meeting with Raja Farooq Haider, puppet PM of PoK assured Bhat of full support to Kashmir movement. He also informed him that there is no shift in policy of PoK government and Pakistan with regard to Kashmir and will continue to support the peaceful resolution of Kashmir as per the aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir.
However despite surfacing of the details pertaining to Bhat's visit to Pakistan and his anti-India activities, the BJP government neither cancelled his passport nor issued any statement on what forced the MEA to issue passport to this Pakistani agent and allowed him to travel to a country that is exporting terror in state of Jammu and Kashmir beside instigating the stone pelting in Kashmir valley on security forces in which many a time innocent people also trapped.
