| 2 theft cases solved, 8 arrested | | | Early Times Reporter

Police claimed to have solved the theft cases while arresting five. According to reports reaching here two persons who stole Rs. 12000 from the house of Parmodh Kumar S/o Ram Kumar R/o Karmpur were arrested by Basoli police under the supervision of SDPO Basoli K.P Singh and SHO Ragubir Singh. The accused have been identified as Rostum Saherat alias Cena S/o Abdulla and Mohammed Hussain alias Billa, S/o Abdullah. Both are the residents of Bani.
In another theft case three persons namely Farooq Ahmed S/o Bashir, Rajinder Singh S/o Tirath Ram, Parkash Chand S/o Jatt Ram all are residents of Kottli were arrested by SHO Billawar Abdul Wahid Giri under the supervision of ASP Benam Tash. The said persons stole Rs 11000 from the shop of Akshay Kumar r/o Jagon Nath. Pertinent to mention here FIRs had already been registered against the accused. |
