| 4 killed, 8 injured in road mishaps | | | Early Times Reporter

Four persons were killed and eight others received serious injuries in different road accidents here today reports reaching said. A vehicle bearing registration number JK14-8026 skidded of the road and fell down in a gorge at Bunjwah under the jurisdiction of police station Kishtwar. SDPO Kishtwar alongwith police party rushed to the spot to carry rescue operation after receiving information, reports reaching here said. The deceased have been identified as Naseema Begum w/o Gh. Ali Bhat r/o Beerwar, Mehraja Begam w/o Irfan r/o Nagni, Kishtwar and her three years gild child. Injured who took to GMC have been identified as Irfan s/o Mohd. Amin r/o Nagni, Kishtwar and his girl child, Ashiq Hussain s/o Gh. Nabi Bhat r/o Beerwar and driver Allaha Rekha r/o Beerwar. In another road accident one person died and two others suffered injuries when a Santro Car number JK02A-6669 in which they were traveling
turned turtle near Nandni under the jurisdiction of police station Jajjar-Kotli here today. The deceased has been identified as Narinder Gandhi s/o late Dharam Chand r/o Tallab Tillo. The injured persons are Vikram Singh s/o Krishan Singh and Narinder Singh s/o Roshan Lal both are the residents of Tallab Tillo. They were taken to GMC hospital for treatment. Meanwhile two girls received injuries when a matador bearing registration number JK06-578in which they were travelling turned turtle. They have been identified as Preetam Devi d/o Janki Nath and Anchana Devi d/o Baij Nath both are the residents of Kishtwar. |
