Under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Hockey Association (JKHA), a 20-member junior boys’ hockey team today left for participation in the 4th Junior National Hockey Championship to be held at Hyderabad from February eight.
Led by Sukhwinder Singh, the team was flagged off by the general secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Hockey Association (JKHA), Jagjit Singh at K K Hakhu Stadium, here.
The team is accompanied by Joginder Singh of State Sports Council and Gurdeep Singh as coach and manager respectively.
Earlier, before the departure, the selected probable underwent a coaching camp at the Hakhu Stadium.
