| AISF holds protest rally, burns effigy of Health Minister | | | Early Times Reporter

All India Students Federation (AISF) today held a demonstration to register their protest against the arrest of some of their comrades who had gone to support the students of Indira Gandhi Dental College other day.
The Protestants were shouting slogans against the Minister of Health, Mangat Ram Sharma and later on burned his effigy.
Decrying the arrest of two comrades, the President of Federation, Vimal Manhas, while addressing protesting workers, said that the government action was totally shameful particularly at the time when they had gone to support the students who were protesting peacefully for demand of approval to their institution.
He further said that some leaders are trying to crush the student's movement but the AISF would give a befitting reply to them.
Other present on the occasion included Abdul Hamid, Reyaz Atish, Ranjeet Jamwal, S.K. Sharma and Sheetal Bharti. |
