| Inclusion of Bishnah villages into Samba district sought | | | Early Times Reporter

A meeting of the welfare committee was held here at Bishnah. In the meet people of the circle number 8 and 9 urged upon the government to put the villages of these circles into Samba district. They questioned the government about their exclusion from Samba district though their inclusion was mentioned in Biloria committee. They urged the government to include these villages into Samba district as with Jammu district they were likely to remain at the receiving end. They warned to boycott the elections if their demand was not met. Present on the occasion were Raman Sharma, Ravi Sharma, Ganesh Sharma, Gurmeet Chowdhary, Shyam Lal and Bishan Dass etc. |
