| Dogri poetic collection of Sehgal released | | | Early Times Reporter

Minister for Higher Education Mr. Gulchain Singh Charak has released a poetry book titled "Putlian –Di-Khed" in Dogri written by Mr. Chandu Bhau-at K. L. Sehgal Hall Cultural Academy Jammu.
The function was organized by Maddara Bhaddara Kaikaya Sanskrit (MBKS) Sangthan a literally and cultural organization in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Cultural and Cultural Art and Languages at Jammu..
Mr. Charak said on this occasion that Dogri was a rich language and asked the writers to enlighten the people about its cultural heritage and values in our mother tongue. He said after enlisting Dogri in 8th schedule, the importance of language has give a new lease of life to writers community. He congratulated the MBKS Sanganthan for this noble job.
Earlier, Mrs. Azara Chowdhary presented a detailed critical appreciation of the book.
