Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation of India framed a Mahila Samiti (Women’s Wing) here today. Addressing the workers of the foundation the all India organizing secretary, Manju said, that Ekal foundation works on the principal to serve the poor and under privileged persons of the society. She said, all privileged persons have some duties to work for the underprivileged and added that to provide basic education, health awareness to the people living in far flung areas of the state. She said, Vidalaya is working since 1990 and is running 736 schools in the J&K state.
The members elected were Rajni Sharma, Kanta Sharma, Neetu Gupta, Indu Kohli, Pawan Sharma, Kusum, J.K. Vashnavi and Mohni Mehra. |
