| Medal winners felicitated by Forest Deptt | | | Early Times Reporter

Department of Forests today felicitated the medal winners of 16th All India Forest Sports Meet held in Gujarat recently in a function held here today.
The Jammu and Kashmir Forest contingent won four medals, including two in major events of Football and Cricket. Other two medals came in Billiards and Snooker. The state contingent was led by Joint Director, Liyakat Ali Dar.
The medalists were congratulated by the chief guest of the function, Chief Conservator of Forests, I A Khan. Speaking to the medal winners, Khan assured the upcoming sportspersons of the department that their genuine demands would be highlighted at the right platform at right time so as to encourage sports. |
