Nearly 130 people belonging to divided families of Jammu and Kashmir crossed over the Line of Control at Chakan-da-Bagh point in Poonch district, official sources said today.
While 81 people crossed from Jammu and Kashmir to Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), 48 others crossed from PoK to India to meet their relatives yesterday.
They cross overs were part of confidence building measures between India and Pakistan.
Of the 81, who crossed from this side, 29 were going for the first time while 52 others were PoK dwellers going back after meeting their relations in the state.
Of 48 PoK citizens, 21 were freshers and 27 others returned back after staying with their relatives here. Earlier, 97 people from both sides had crossed over via Chakan-da-Bagh on January 28.
