| Bhaderwah still cut off from outer world | | Faces scarcity of essential commodities: locals allege | | Early Times Reporter Bhaderwah | Feb 12 Bhaderwah town, the home constituency of Chief Minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad, is still cut off from the outer world. The work on clearance of snow from the main and interior roads is going on at snail’s peace and if this trend is any guess it may take longer time to connect the town with the rest of the country as all the roads are under the carpet of snow. Mudusir, a local resident told this reporter that “there is no one to take care; we are here without power, without essential supplies and life is hell for us”. Another resident said that ‘he reached here after traveling 12 Km with the family on foot from Jammu as we were told in Jammu that road had been cleared. Earlier, Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, who visited the snow hit Bhaderwah few days back had assured the people that road would be cleared soon but regrettable nothing has been done on the ground so far as a result the people are facing acute problems.
