| NC activists demand stern action, stages protest | | | Early Times Reporter Jammu | Feb 13 National Conference activists today staged a protest against the coalition government of the state, criticizing that the government has so far not taking any action against the 'tainted' ministers inducted by the Kundal Committee Report. The party activist's demanded that the congress led coalition government should take stern action against those involved in the corruption and blamed that the coalition government has so far failed in taking any action against the 'tainted' ministers after being inducted by the Kundal Committee Report. They were shouting slogans against the coalition government for its failure in all fronts and accusing that the government has failed in containing the corruption in the state from past five years. Lashing the coalition government for its war against the eradication of corruption from the state, the protestors were alleging that the corruption during the present government has increasing and their ministers were involved in accelerating this menace in the state. Holding placards and banners in their hands, these protestors were further demanded that government should implement the recommendations of the KCR and those found guilty should be removed from the post. NC city president, Chander Mohan Sharma on the occasion told that the party workers of the national conference has made a programme of organizing the protests through out the state till the tainted ministers would not be sacked. The protest was organized here at Maheshpora Chowk, Bakshi Nagar and various leaders of the NC were present on the occasion which included Sr.Vice president Rattan Lal Sharma, Corporator Bakshinagar S S Snghari and others. |
