| 3 kg Heroin seized near Indo-Pak border | | | Early Times Reporter

Border Security Forces claimed to have recovered three kilo-grams of Heroin and 70 grams of opium near Krotna Krud post of India-Pak border in RS Pura Sector.
Informed sources told that jawans of 129 BSF posted along International Border in R S Pura sector noticed some moments near BOP Krud and raised an alarm.
"Two to three persons were trying to cross over to this side of border", official sources said adding, "When the suspects were challenged they ran back to Pakistan side leaving their belongings".
The troops went to the spot during the wee hours today and found some packets lying. "The packets were later found to be containing 3 kilograms of Heroin valuing rupees three crores in international market and 70 grams of Opium.
"The consignment was confirmed by anti-narcotic team to be Heroin and Opium" sources said adding that cost of the heroin as per the international market was put three crore rupees. |
