| CB presents charge sheet against Post Office employee | | | Early Times Reporter

The Crime Branch, Kashmir, today presented charge sheet in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Anantnag against Shams-ud-Din for alluring a youth of providing government job on monetary consideration.
On a specific complaint, the Crime Branch registered a case FIR NO 87/05 and took up the investigation. The investigation revealed that one Shams-ud-Din Shah, an employee of Post Office, Yaripora Kulgam S/O Azim Din r/o Frisal Yaripora, Kulgam grabbed an amount of Rs.55, 000 from one Ghulam Mohammed Bhat s/o Ghulam Mohi- ud- Din of Kathpora, Yaripora, Kulgam on the pretext of providing government job to his brother namely Abdul Rashid Bhat. A fake appointment order was prepared and provided to the victim against monetary consideration.
On establishment of charges, the Crime Branch today presented a charge sheet in the Court against the accused. |
