| Inter District School Tournament throws open in Reasi | | |  Early Times Report
Reasi, May 24: The annual Inter District School Tournament of District Reasi being organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports in collaboration with SMVDSB was inaugurated today at Shrine Board's Sports Complex, Katra by Anshul Garg, Addl. Chief Executive officer of the Shrine Board, in a simple and well attended ceremony. In this tournament the competitions are being organised in the disciplines of Yog, Chess and football for the players of the age group of under 14 years and 17 years in both boys and girls sections respectively. In all 195 young players representing Govt and Private schools of Katra and other parts of Reasi are taking part. Earlier all participating players participated in the oath ceremony pledging to take part in the Sports competitions in a true spirit of Sportsmanship and respecting rules regulations and decisions of the referees and empires. The chief guest was also introduced with the football players of inaugural match played between Amba Kids home and D.P.S Katra. |
