| SSS celebrates ‘Vasant Utsav’ | | | Early Times Reporter

The Sharda Sangeet Sadan (SSS) in collaboration with Nav Durga Kala Manch held a programme to mark celebration of ‘Vasant Utsav’, here today.
At the function Pt. P.N. Raina was the chief guest while Shakuntla Kunder wife of chief secretary B R Kundal, presided over the function.
Students of various schools performed their items including Kathak dances, classical dances and various types of cultural events were also performed.
Speaking on the occasion, Shakuntla said, it is very encouraging step that has been taken by the Sadan to trained the students in different type of dances, in spite of during their hectic schedules. Earlier while welcoming the distinguished guests on the occasion, Satybhama, organizer of the function said that their Sadan is helping the students for to trained them in different cultural dances that are on the verge of disappearance. She further added that the Sadan would be continue its efforts to get from more and more students in the regard by organizing such shows. |
