| Jandial cancels registration of two Pharmacists | | | Early Times Reporter

The President of J&K Pharmacy Council, Jammu, Mr. K. B. Jandial in exercise of the powers vested under section 23 (1), 23(2) of J&K Pharmacy Registration Council Act 2011, the Pharmacist Registration Certificate bearing No. 9343 dated: 23-06-2007 of Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Mir S/O Mr. Abdul Rehman Mir R/O Mughalpora, Kupwara and Mr. Nazir Ahmed Check S/O Mr. Mohammad Ramzan Check R/O Manzgam in Kulgam Pharmacist Registration Certificate bearing No. 142/M/01 dated 24-01-2005 has cancelled with immediate effect and also removed the names from Pharmacist Registers.
This cancellation has been done on the basis of detailed enquiry conducted by Assistant Controller Drugs of the respective districts. The enquiry has been initiated on the basis of complaints, the order further reads.
Jandial directed all the Assistant Controller Drugs to report the detail of illegally run shops of their respective districts to the authorities so that necessary action would be initiated against them. |
