| CB presents challan against accused for fabricating appointment order | | | Early Times Reporter

Prima facie establishing cheating case for preparing a fake appointment order against payment of Rs.1.15 lakh, the Crime Branch today presented a charge sheet against the accused in the Court of Forest Magistrate Srinagar.
Following registration of a case FIR NO 06/07 in the Crime Branch regarding grabbing of Rs. 1, 15, 000 from one Manzoor Ahmed Malik s/o Abdullah Malik of Gamboora Beerwah by one Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, working as an orderly in the Animal Husbandry Department, s/o Ghulam Mohammed r/o Nowgam Chadoora on the pretext of providing government job, the Crime Branch conducted the in depth investigation.
The investigation revealed that above named Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, in league with one Manzoor Ahmed Parray s/o Abdul Gaffar r/o Lalipora Beerwah, prepared fake order of appointment purportedly issued by GAD and provided to the victim against payment of Rs.1,15,000 and accordingly a charge sheet was presented in the Court against the accused. |
