Happiness Programs by ART of LIVING Organized in Jammu

JAMMU, May 29: Being Part of Project Expressions of Infinity across 92 countries and 10008 happiness courses of ART OF LIVING, The Art of Living, JAMMU chapter conducted Happiness Courses at four locations in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
The Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's unique Sudarshan Kriya was taught in workshop conducted in which scores of people joined The program saw a gathering of scores of participants joining in from over different walks of life. The program, a blend of trend and tradition, offered practical tools for people to sustain their energy, happiness and help face the challenges of today's fast-paced world.
Many participants reported feeling calmer, happier and more rested than before, after attending the programme. Apart from the powerful breathing techniques, Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program also had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life. The result was at the end of the program, people experienced a peaceful, stable, joyful state of mind and a sense of connection with everyone around.
People from different walks of life participated and experienced a tremendous relief from ailments, emotional imbalance and physical fitness issues as well. They expressed their satisfaction about course and hoped that these Yoga courses would be conducted in regular intervals for the enthusiasm of the people. Some of them also shared their views and informed about the positive effects of the course experienced by them.
The cornerstone of the Happiness Program is the SudarshanKriyaTM, a powerful rhythmic breathing technique cognized by Gurudev. This unique breathing technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving one calm yet energized, focused yet relaxed with resultants of reduced heart rate and blood pressure , Significant reductions in anxiety, Improved immune cell counts.
The AOL Centers which organized the happiness program were Gian Mandir at Adarsh Enclave Trikuta Nagar, Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra Parihar traders at Janipur and Aap Shambhu temple meditation hall Channi Himmat, Rural happiness course in Bishnah , jammu The AOL Jammu faculty who did commendable job in conducting and assisting were Delair singh DTC, Ajay Gupta, Manju aggarwal, Shakti Sagar, Suman Sharma, Menu Singh along with dedicated team of volunteers.
