Influential lobby moots transfer of I/C CEO
Kishtwar: ZEO Drabshala orders detachment of teachers

Kishtwar, May 30: An influential lobby of teachers and masters who are enjoying attachments in Kishtwar town and its adjoining areas have mooted a proposal for the transfer of I/C CEO Kishtwar Javed Ahmed Kichloo.
Kichloo is facing difficult time in detaching the teachers and masters attached in various schools of Kishtwar including in CEO office itself. More than 200 teachers/masters are working in attachment capacity in Kishtwar.
Sources said that recent orders of detachments issued by the CEO Kishtwar on the directions of the minister as well as by the Secretary School Education have not gone well with the influential lobby which is using every possible means to ensure the transfer of the I/C CEO Kishtwar for which even a letter was secured by them for Education Minister Chowdhary Zulfikar Ali who reportedly did not pay any heed to the pressure tactics and instead praised the I/C CEO Kishtwar in a recently held meeting.
The sources said that soon after issuing the detachment order, the influential lobby openly started challenging the I/C CEO Kishtwar to implement its own order.
The sources said that I/C CEO Kishtwar even had requested the senior officials in the department for his transfer, but the officials at the helm of the affairs has assured him full support and assured him that any DDO who will not implement the directions with regard to detachment of teachers and masters will be personally responsible and will face action from the department.
Meanwhile Zonal Education Officer Drabshala while implementing the detachment order issued by I/C CEO Kishtwar issued an order No. ZEO/D/2018/666-816 dated 29-5-2016 order for immediate detachments of teachers and masters attached in Drabshala Zone with immediate effect.
"In compliance to worthy CEO Kishtwar order No. CEO/K2018/22760-68 Dated 12-5-2018 and CEO/K/2018/24202-272 Dated 25-05-2018 - the order of attachments /deployments of teaching staff in HS/MS/PS if any except court cases/ complaint basis is hereby revoked and all are reprimanded and directed to report their legitimate place of posting with immediate effect. Non compliance of the order shall invite disciplinary action against the defaulter" read ZEO Drabshala order.
In the meantime, Director School Education Jammu order the posting of Abdul Wahid Mir, Headmaster High School Sangrambata as ZEPO Inderwal who will also look after the Drawaing and Disbursing powers of ZEO Inderwal till the government filled the post on regular bases.
Similarly Headmaster High School Dool Mohammad Iqbal Qazi has been assigned the charge of Drawing and Disbursing of ZEO Drabshala on stop-gap arrangement till the post will be filled.
