Jammu, May 30: After being sacked from the council of ministers on various charges, nominated BJP MLA, Priya Sethi has pressed into services all her supporters to project her as one of the prominent women politician of the country. A couple of days back, Priya Sethi along with Vice President M Vankaishnaidu had released a book on 50 top women of the country. Interestingly Priya Sethi's name was also figured among 50 top women of the country and the same book was released by her also.
"Blessed to share the dais with Vice President of India, to release the book titled 'Bharatiya Rajneeti Ke 50 Shikhar Mahilayen' authored by Dr. Ashwin Shastri Ji, in New Delhi today. Myself being one of the top 50 politicians mentioned in the book. Political and economic empowerment of women is needed and they should be given equal opportunities in all fields", Priya Sethi posted in her face book account. Her supporters have started projecting this as biggest achievements without knowing what were the criteria of the selecting 50 top politicians of the country? Her supported flooded social media with congratulations to her as it was a noticeable achievement. While including Priya Sethi's name among the achievers, the author has not highlighter her achievement.
During April 30 reshuffle in the council of ministers, Priya Sethi along with Health Minister Bali Bhagat were sacked. While as the then Deputy Chief Minister Normal Singh was also removed but he was promoted as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly. There were serious allegations on ministers who were sacked.
