| Delegation of SAD calls on Rajnath Singh | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June 2: A delegation of Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) J&K led by Party President S. Sukhbir Singh Badal met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh Ji at his residence on Akbar Road, New Delhi today on 02-06-2018.
Other members of delegation included Manjit Singh G.K. - President, DSGMC, S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa - MLA & General Secretary-DSGMC and incharge party affairs J&K, S. Bikramjeet Singh Majithia-Incharge Party Affairs J&K, S. Suchwant Singh-Party Spokesman J&K, Advocate Surinder Singh - Legal Advisor Akali Dal Badal J&K and Baboo Singh- General Secretary- Akali Dal Badal J&K Jammu.
Issue pertaining to Sikh Community living is J&K State where deliberated upon and discussed in detail which include final settlement of POK refugees as per the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee & accelerating the process of disbursement of already sanctioned amount and making it hassle free, modification of SRO No. 475 of 2017 and inclusion of Sikh's living in valley under PMs employment Package Program; constitution of Minority Commission, defreezing of eight assembly seats out of 24 seats kept reserved for P.O.K. and nominating DP's against the same, proper representation of Sikh community in State Legislative & State Cabinet. |
