Unemployed youth criticize, DC, SSP Kishtwar, Power Minister

Kishtwar, June 2: Unemployed youth of the district have criticised the District Civil and Police administration for allegedly acting as agents of M/s AFCONS Infrastructure Limited on the behest of Power Minister.
The Youth leaders said that the Deputy Commissioner and Sr.Superintendent Police Kishtwar have spearheaded a regime of terror among the unemployed youths who are demanding employment in Pakal Dul hydroelectric project. But the DC,SSP and SHO Kishtwar are illegally interfering into the recruitment process and they are forcing the executing contractor AFCONS Infrastructure limited to recruit highly Skilled/Skilled/Semi Skilled/Unskilled manpower through employment exchange Kishtwar so that the youths of BJP could be absorbed in the said project .
Joginder Bhandari, Youth leader of District Kishtwar alleged that it is the responsibility of the contractor to make recruitment as they better know whom to recruit as per the experience of the applicant but the DC, SSP Kishtwar have become the agents of the contractor on the behest of Power Minister.
He also said that Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar used to manhandle and misbehaved the applicants whosoever approach him for their greviences.
He has urged the Chief minister to admit the said Deputy Commissioner Angraz Singh Rana in Agra Lunatic Mental Asylum hospital in order to avoid any untoward serious incident and the SSP Kishtwar Abrar Chowdary be removed for his spreading Gunda Raj and the SHO Inspector Sameer Jellani who is acting as SHO for the last 5 years in Kishtwar be also transferred for his involvement in harassing the public on one pretext or the other .
