Samajwadi Party today organizes the public rally at Udhampur where Suram Chand Bhagat resigned from the primary membership of National Conference and joined SP along with hundreds of his supporters. As per a press release, Suram Chand expressed full faith in ideology and in the leadership of Sheikh Abdul Rehman. Addressing the public meeting, state Samajwadi President, Sheikh Abdul Rehman welcomed Suram Chand Bhagat in the party and urged the party men to defect the NDA and UPA at the centre. The J&K has become number one in corruption leaving Bihar behind, he lamented.
Other who address the public meeting includes Fayaz Bhat, Tripta Vaid, B.S. Chowdhary, Rejda Begum and others.
